Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of returns.

 

2. Delivery Time

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your EU country/region.

• Delivery times may be longer for remote or rural areas within the EU.

• Delivery may be affected during EU public holidays, as courier services may operate with limited capacity.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, courier disruptions).

3. Shipping Changes

• Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete (including postal code) before placing your order.

 

4. Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Processing time for in-stock products is 1 to 3 business days; tracking will be activated once the order is handed over to the courier.
